I have a Lenovo N580, currently i am using the Pentium B960 model. There are multiple versions of this PC including one that uses an Nvidia 610M. I am planning to upgrade this to a i5 3210m, and i figured that while i have it open, i might as well go ahead and install a graphics card, my question is, can i do it? since there are other models with support for the 610m if i buy one, can i install and use it?

Thanks!

it is highly advisable not to mess around when it comes to upgrading your laptop hardware, other versions of this laptop might have a different power supply, it might be intended for different usage and temperatures etc. even if it is possible, it will be an incredible pain in the ass, but i dont think it is, sorry.
