Locked Out of My Windows User

Recently my ACER laptop stopped working completely so I sent it to them for repair. About a month goes by and I have it again. The only problem is that at the lock screen it asks me for a password, which is strange since I had a PIN that I disabled months ago and was never asked to input again. So I use my old PIN and it says that its invalid. I don't know what to do. I am locked out of my computer and since the account was local I cannot reset the PIN that isn't supposed to be there anyways. Does Windows have a default PIN or something? Like 0000? I'm on Windows 10 by the way. Thanks in advance.
