when i play a dvd using POWER DVD software in Dolby digital 5.1 mode how come the voices are low in volume and everything else is ok volume i.e. sound efects music

whats hapening?

The center channel may be low. Normally voices and stuff come from the center channel. See if there is anywhere you can increase the volume on seperate channels in the driver settings.

all sound settings at default value.
Enter The Matric uses DD 5.1 and theres no problem to that when it comes to voice sounds and dialogue.

why is it just the problem happen with dvd's using PowerDVD.

Do you have a 5.1 speaker rig? If not, that's most likely your problem.
