Well it is going to depend on what version of Android the phone is using. If it is anything prior to "Marshmallow" then no you can't do that. However, if it is already using, or you can upgrade it to, "Marshmallow", then as long as the manufacturer hasn't restricted this option (which sadly some do) you should be able to use the following information to change the SD card to "Internal" storage.
