Manage a jumbled up music collection folder

Is there a way to manage a jumbled up music collection folder(with jumbled up sub folders and files and so on) into artist and album hierarchical way(similar to when the windows media player syncs to device except on my own hard drive) without having to do it manually?

If those files have proper metadata tags then yes you can. Look for "mp3 organizers", I have not used one in a long time, so can't really say which one is better, read over what you find with a web search and pick one. Just watch out for sites that have a ton of ads, and read over what the thing tries to install as it may install a bunch of spyware if you just select things without reading.

Thanks for the proper direction. I had tried searching with quite a few combinations but didn't know that "mp3 organizers" was one of them. I'm trying out MediaMonkey for now which does have that option. Thanks a bunch again @hang-the-9
