Mic works but I cant speak to anyone

So I just updated windows and before that my Mic worked fine, however now it just isnt, it wont work on discord and I cant run setup either in windows it just says wizard could not start but under listen in properties on sound device panel I hear myself coming through fine.

Im using a hyper x gaming headset cant remember the specific model

There's a microphone privacy options page. The latest insider's update has it blocking all apps by default.

Hit Windows key and search for "microphone privacy settings"
Hit "Allow access to the microphone on this device"
Switch "Allow apps to access your microphone" to on
