Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 PLEASE HELP!!

Hi everyone!
I need help urgently. When I try to open a hyperlink in Microsoft Office Outlook, a messagebox appears, which says: "Unexpected problem while opening URL [...] Class is not registered"
I am not sure if it says this exactly, because I use the software in Hungarian, but thats the meaning of what it says.

So I can't open hyperlinks just by clicking on them. My default browser is Chrome, by the way.

Also, I don't know if it is connected to the problem, but right under the e-mail, outlook says:
"[...] because windows desktop search is not awailable" Basically, that...

So guys, please help me, I need to read my e-mails plus open hyperlinks quickly, I dont have time to Ctrl-c ctrl-v...

Check anti-virus settings, may be blocking certain urls. what e-mail program is accessed by Outlook.
