my 32gb micro card shows up on the data storage but when I try & upload something onto my samsung tablet, it says insufficient

Make sure you are loading it to the SD card and not internal storage.

Moving this to tablets as its an Android issue, not storage.

Can you post a picture of the back of the mSD card where the model number and "Made in" are engraved?
