My Asus C201P won't charge and it's brand new, but the led light is green

I recently got a new asus c201p asus chromebook and it wont charge, but the led light is green, the same thing happened a week ago, but it started to charge hours way later it doing that, and I don't know how to fix it, and im not able to take the battery out. it only has a 99% and not saying when it will be charged, or that its charging.
