While my computer is getting repaired, I need to access Microsoft Office files that I've saved on a flashdrive. Is there an online program that can read these? I don't want to pay for a one-time-use of Microsoft Office on this borrowed machine.

Open office or Google docs (suite) should be able to view them. I am unsure how well it will integrate if you have to edit.

Thank you! I'm going to give it a whirl! Just my luck, all my passwords are stored on an Excel file too. If it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all. Lol

This works for files locked to Excel only, you can use Excel on Android as well as long as you can adapt a Flashdrive to a Android device via USB or a OTC adapter.

you can use office itself for free online. you do need a MS account but other than that it is free to use.
