My gopro Hero3+ silver

when I try to import files the camera just disconnects then reconnects itself. I tried all my ports and it does this while I'm doing anything while its plugged in and my photos show up, also will not let me import because it says there was a problem but I think that's because of the on and off problem

Do you have any issues importing if you insert the microSD card into a card reader on/or attached to the computer?

ive not tried this its just a big SD slot but I don't have a adapter

An adapter might be the easiest solution but I would suggest you contact GoPro Support about the issue before trying anything else unless you are in a hurry to retrieve what is on the Hero3.
