My Lenovo laptop keeps on restarting after the boot menu

Please help

My Lenovo G560 i3, M370, 2.40GHz 3 gb ram keeps on restarting at the setup screen. I was playing online and then the battery almost died and the screen went black(like it usually does) and I then plugged in my charger quickly. But the screen stayed black for a long time and then I restarted my laptop with the button. Now it keeps on restarting..please help me

Hi,

Here are some test that may help in identifying the problem.
- First is to test the AC adapter and the battery.
- Remove the battery off the laptop and connect just the AC adapter then observe if the laptop will still shutdown by itself or not.
- If the laptop will still shutdown, do try a different AC adapter first that has the same voltage and see if it will still shutdown or not.
- And lastly, do try reinstalling Windows and see if that will solve the problem.
