My samsung tablet turns on but the screen is weird

I can hear sounds and turn up and down the volume; I can even select stuff, but the screen has like lights coming from the button of the screen... and it was because it fell, I dont know how hard, while charging.

I am going to be dead soon, so can please someone tell me what can I do?

From what you have said, it sounds like the display will need to be replaced.
