my sd card is not working

hii everyone
i have a 2 gb sc card for my digital camera. and i just put it in my lap top to take pictures from sd card to lap top. it didnt worked. and now that i put it again in my cam. it's not working. it says your memory card is full. but there is no images. can you help?

You have probably lost pictures. However if you format it in your camera it should work properly.

It's always good to reformat SD after every transfer you make. SD is known to go down from time to time.
