My skype icons are up top when they are suppose to be on the bottom

My skype icons are up top when they are suppose to be on the bottom , On skype
I have searched around for a fix but have not found a solution yet.

Not sure what you mean here, in the Skype program or are you talking about your Skype shortcut on the computer? Did you look in options for icon location?
