Need help in connecting Panasonic LED to Sony soundbar

I have Panasonic LED TV which has SPDIF Coaxial port on the back. I recently bought the Sony HRT3 soundbar which has Toslink and HDMI Arc. I need help in connecting SPDIF to Toslink.

Also if above problem does not has solution. How do I connect PS4 and Setop box to the same Hoemthe using TSOLINK?
