Need help syncing voice audio with game video in Sony Vegas

Hello, I am trying to sync the voice audio that I recorded with Audacity with the game play I recorded from my PC using Fraps. Sony Vegas is my editing software and I am having a really hard time figuring out where what I say matches the game play on screen.

If anyone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Start them both at the same time, with the same hotkey f10 for example, add audio to the entire recording, chop and edit later. Either that, or use a visual que, like moving your aim left and right while saying "Hey Peeps" or whatever intro you use. 😛
