New install of Windows... Bootmgr missing

I recently installed windows7 ultimate on my laptop. After installing I was no longer able to boot windows. I tried inserting a recovery disk, hirens boot cd. When I click the option to boot windows from hard drive I am able to open windows.

Now Know my HD isn't fried cause I can still use it. It's just the matter of booting the windows. Is there a way to install a boot manager ? Any help would be appretiated

How did you install Windows? If you did a regular clean setup by deleting all partitions, making a new one and installing Windows on that, it should work fine.
