Novice who has bought a wiped Fujitsu 7210 - need help

So I have bought for next to nothing a wiped Fujitsu 7210 (she's old), it has no OS and used to use Windows XP.

I know I need to load a new OS but I have been told I also need to download new drivers.

This is out of my limited knowledge of computers.

Can some advise me please?

CD or USB stick. Install them after the OS is installed.
