On the fence with 2 computers

So I'm currently looking for a laptop, anything would be an upgrade really from my current Toshiba.
Processor: Core i3-3217U
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 4000
RAM: 6GB

So I found two computers, the Razer Blade 14 Inch (2013 Model) and the ASUS N551JQ-EH71. Both are within my price range of 1,000, or under. If you know of a better computer, please tell me but these two seem to have good reviews for both gaming and all around web-browsing.

Razer Blade Specs:
Processor: Core i7-4702HQ Quad Core
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 765M
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Price: 1,000

ASUS Specs:
Processor: Core i7-4710HQ
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Geforce 845M
RAM: 8GB DDR3L
Price: 705

I haven't seen an 845M yet, but based on specs I've seen online, it looks like the 765M beats it. Considering that, I suggest you find something with the same specs as that Razer one, since I'm pretty sure you're dropping around 100-200 for the "Razer" logo alone by getting that.
