Optical Audio from TV to Digital Audio or USB on Home System

Hi,

I have a this TV. Samsung 65" UE65MU6505 http://www.samsung.com/es/tvs/uhdtv-mu6505/UE65MU6505UXXC/

And this Home Theater: Sony DAV-TZ140 https://www.sony.com/electronics/all-in-one-home-cinema-systems/dav-tz140

What I'm trying to do is get the sound from the TV to the home theater's speakers.
What should I do?

The TV has Optical Audio output while the Theater has analog in audio as well as USB.
Is there a way to connect both easily?

If you can set your TV to output in PCM stereo then that DAC would work.
If you can't then you would need one that is compatible with a Bitstream 5.1 input.
