Hello,
Not sure which to use Outlook.com for our emails or Gmail. I understand that Gmail has a mailbox limit of 10GB storage for each user but can't find out what the mailbox limit is for Outlook.com.

If anyone knows then please let me know!

Cheers

I believe Outlook has 2GBs of storage. You could always use OneDrive if you wished, I'd personally go for Outlook however since Gmail tracks your browsing history for up to 180 days, this can be disabled but just for the fact that they have it auto-enabled when you make a account pisses me off, that's me personally tho.

I've read online that the storage on outlook expands as your mailbox grows but if it fills up too fast it will freeze/stop growing. Do you know any more about this or have you heard of it?

I don't believe so, here's some info from Microsoft itself; http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/outlook/email-storage-limits

Hopefully that clears it up, if you don't have any other questions don't forget to select a solution :)
