Pioneer vsx 552, no video only sound

Hi there

Recently moved house and tried to hook up the around sound system again and I cannot get video to display, only audio comes through

It’s a pioneer vsx 552 receiver
I’m hooking up a ps4 via HDMI.

I tried a factory reset and now there is scrolling text saying
“easy setup ideal sound field” and “ USB playback, 3d ready”

Tried multiple cables to no avail. Hooked it all up the exact way it was before moving and still no picture.

Any suggestions?

Did you go through the entire set up procedure after the factory reset? Do it if not.
Check the input assign menu to make sure that the HDMI input you are using is correctly assigned to the input designation.
