please help LINUX/ windows 7

hello all, Last night I tried Linux Mint from my PC through a bootable usb, this AM when I tried to log on to windows i recieved the message, "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. to fix the problem... its asks to insert installation disc which of course i dont have, Status: 0xc000000f
I am currently on the PC running on Bootable usb running linux mint...

its an old PC i put together 7-8 years ago, windows7, MSI MB like an army logo? and amd 8 core processor idk...

@okcnaline, i Dont have the install disc, i know its being read and it is working as I can see both my HDD in Linux Mint... I also found a file in my windows HDD thats named Recovery? double click it and theres 7 folders in it one of them says setup.exe,
file type DOS/windows? i just wouldnt know what to do with it... this is my first time on linux
