My music headphones are Sony. And for Studio I also use Sony headphones. They have very good quality materials that make them quite sturdy and lasting. And the quality of the sound is just amazing. This would be my recommendation hands down.

when looking at studio quality head phones the big thing is the frequency response curve. our college sent us sennheiser HD 280 pro headphones for music production class, I checked the website for its frequency response infor and was impressed, these are entry level mixing and mastering headphones that cost around 89 dollars. the response curve and bandwidth is really top tier for the price.
