Ps4 sounds to speakers

Hello everyone! Soo i have a ps4 connected now to a Philips 247ELH monitor with inbuilt speakers. Its sounds pretty weak, so id like to connect somehow my Sven BF-21 speakers. I also found an audio in on the monitor, i tried to use with speakers but nothing. Is it possible somehow to get the ps4 sounds to those speakers? ps.sry for bad eng. Thank you for help guys.

The speakers receive their signal from the PC, so you can get a sound card with an optical or spdif in port and connect the PS4 through that.
