Hello. In the display settings I came arcoss the section called "HDTV" support. Where you add 1080p30 or 60 to your display. Only problem is that there is a warning that it could basically break my monitor. My monitor is a LG 27MP33, and I am curious if these options would work at all, and some of you peeps had any situations like this. Thanks!

thats for TV's. when you plug a TV in the native resolution doesnt work correctly and the radeon control panel can autocorrect this for you, if you are wanting to change your monitor resolution right click on the desktop and go to display settings> advanced settings and resolution (windows 10) or resolution (windows 7) and set it to your desired resolution. you can also change to VSR in the radeon control panel which will let you use a higher resolution that your monitor supports but this can make the desktop and other applications blurry
