Realtek help

Hello,i have a real tek sound manager i hav configured my speakers to be 5 point 1 and i did usede to hav a all the chanels now i only hav 2 and my 5.1 audio speakers dont work only 2 speakers out of my 5 wchich work and so what i am askin is how do i get all my channels bak for my audio enhancement

Delete your realtek drivers and reinstall them.

i did that but i used to hav windows vista home premium and then i changed my operatin system to xp now the interface for the real tek manager and the drivers were re installed but it only shows to channels the headphones and the 2 ch speaker]
