So, it seems like an exe (or something like that) has covertly installed 3 malware programs that affect chrome; opening pop up windows whenever a link is clicked and stuff like that. The three that I can't get rid of are NextCoUpi , PRiceeChOp, and SaveMasss. I have repeatedly tried uninstalling the extensions from chrome, but they just come back after the application is restarted. Also, I deleted all three from the program files and using the uninstall utility in Windows, but they still ruin Chrome for me. Any suggestions on programs or methods of removing this malware?

Probably because you didnt choose custom install if it had the option thats what can happen

Get adwcleaner run it then click on scan wait for it to finish then click on clean / then reboot

Close browsers first

And avoid sites like filehippo, cnet.com and download.com they put malware in their downloads / installers
