Repair mp4 video file

I recorded some video from my phone which is samsung galaxy grand prime. Than i moved that video from internal memory to sd card. I moved that file sd card /android / data/ jio join app. Than after that i faced some problem from that app thats why i clear catch from that app.after that that folder where i moved that files thats gone i mean that folder was deleted . Few days ago i restore files. Finelly i get that videos . But now thats not playing.
What i should do??

I restore a video file... but i can't play it.. i try vlc media player but its not work . How can i repair that video ???

Where the video from? what happened to it that you need to restore?
