Samsung Galaxy S6 won't turn on and has a blinking blue light

The title explains what is happening with the phone except for that battery pull or hard reset does not work with the phone. The battery pull seems to work where the pulsing blue light goes away and turns to a red light, yet the phone does not turn back on again. When I try either turning the phone on or try a battery pull again, I get the pulsing blue light back again. Is there no way to fix this problem but to buy a new phone?

Sounds like the phone is having hardware issues. If it is under warranty, then you should contact the manufacturer. If it isn't, then try a local tech.
