I connected TV AV output to AUX port RCA cable but only 2.1 sound coming 5.1 not coming pls suggest me any option

If your TV has ARC one of the HDMI inputs will be labeled ARC. That would be the best way to connect the HTS. You may need to turn ARC on and the TV speakers off to get it working.
Only other option is to change the surround sound mode on the Samsung HTS.
