SDHC card for Pentax k-x?

Hi reader

I'm pretty new to DSLRs. What is a good SDHC brand for the Pentax k-x? I'm looking for more space course I want to use RAW+JPEG. So I'm thinking a 16GB card would be nice.

To be a little more specific, I've looked at ScanDisk Extreme and Ultra SDHC cards.

I'm thinking the faster the transfer rate the better, but they are also more expensive. Anyone know what would be a sufficient transfer rate for a beginner DSLR owner?
