Shockwave Flash Keeps Crashing, Can't Fix

I keep getting 'Shockwave Flash has crashed' notifications when trying to do things online.

I use Chrome, and only have one Flash plug-in, not two like the entire internet seems to think I'd have. I have tried disabling it, I have tried disabling hardware acceleration, I have tried re-enabling them, restarting Chrome, installing the 'current update' of Flash, deleting that, then re-installing it, any combination of the previously listed, etc. In a nutshell, I have tried everything I have come across to try to fix the problem, and nothing has worked. If anyone has an actual way to fix this problem, by all means, please share!

Yes, Chrome's up to date. I checked a few times to be sure. Can't figure out how to solve the problem.

Flash is crashing on streaming sites and sites with point-and-click games, sites with a lot of ads. I've tried another browser and had the same problem.

I just tried it, and it isn't working.

Might try system restore from before it stopped working.
