Should I buy used headphones? Audio-Technica ATH-M50x

I in procces of buying headphones and I need help from you. I want to buy m50x´s and there are 2 options. One is brand new for 160€ and used one for 110€. He said that they he burned them in on first day for 24h and were used under 100 hours altogether. I cant wrap my head around if 100 hours is a lot.
Wich one should I buy? Photos are of the used headphones, they have scratch on right earpad. Thank you for taking time to answer!

All of the used sets I have every bought have been played less than 24 hours, Mostly from a local DJ service, Radio Station or Studio trying to find that perfect headset. I have bought from a Blogger a few times as well but all he does is test them and and posts YouTube videos. 100 hours is more than I would be willing to invest in unless the price was low and I knew I could replace the parts that touch my head.

i wouldn't buy used headphone, ever, even if it is only a week used

headphones are to me something like a my clothes, i won't shsare or buy used that
