I plan to gain some weight, through eating more than I need, and
resistance training. I need a software that will help me make
spreadsheets of what I eat, and my weight. The ones I tried a while ago
seemed tailored for weight loss rather than weight gain, so much so
that they actually completely omitted it and it was impossible to use
them for this scenario. I long decided that I'll use excel, but now may
consider trying yet another one.
Now, is there a software that you recommend I try that you know may be
used to help me keep track of my attempt to gain weight?
