Software that replicates mouse/keyboard presses ?

Basically I need software that replicates mouse keys and possibly a few keys on the keyboard ...like 1-4 and Shift and A S D W F(but if thats impossible then it only needs to replicate one key--the left mouse button but would be better if both) into multiple windows or multiple clients

The game is written in Java(its runescape)

Or something that replicates mouse presses into a virtual machine/sandboxie

Like a virtual KVM switch of some sorts in a virtual machine idk

Runescape classic doesn't allow most third party software - particularly when it aids gameplay beyond providing statistics and such, and given that this is probably not being used for benign purposes, I don't think toms will look very kindly on it.

Keep in mind that runescape prohibits botting.

Autoclicker. I think that's the one I've used in the past and works pretty well. It allows you to control the area of the screen clicked and how fast.
