Some of my keys doesnt work on my laptop (windows 8)

Some of my keys wont work after i installed windows 8.1.. i have tried to update the keyboard driver and i have tried to reinstall hole windows but still wont work.. anybody there can help me fix this problem?? I am using my laptop for school so its really importent 🙁

Go the laptop's website and click on their support section
Find your laptop model and then select the Windows it's running.
See if there are any keyboard utilities or special softwares for the keyboard. If there is download and install it. This may help with some of the special functions found on the keyboard.
