SonyVegas Pro 13

Hey guys. I have Sony Vegas Pro 13, it worked perfectly when I downloaded my first 2 plug-ins, BCC and NewBlue, but after I download the Sapphire plug-in, the software has done nothing but trouble. Every time I attempt to put a plug-in on the media, the software flashes, it flashes from "not responding" to it's normal state, back and forth rapidly, making it impossible for me to edit anything the so much needs a plug-in. I unistalled the Sapphire plug-in, it hasn't made a difference. I'm really stuck guys and I need your help. How can Sony Vegas stop flashing "Not responding", what caused it, and what action should I take?

Have you tried a full uninstall of the plug-ins and Vegas and tried a re-install? Before doing that make sure there are no remnants of Sapphire left.
