Sound coming from TV and headphones simultaneously

My Bluetooth Skullcandy wireless headphones are paired with my Vizio TV, and now sound is coming from the TV and also through the headphones at the same time. Why is this happening?

Check the audio settings menu in the TV. You should be able to turn the TV speakers off there.
