Sound only coming from right side

The sound only comes from the right side of my headset. I use this headset for my PS4. Sometimes the sound does not come at all. I tried my headset on different devices and it's the same problem. My headset is wired just letting you know.

call the manufacturer on this one. they will probably tell you to send it in for repair.
