Starting new, charged X6-7A 7" notebook

Have charged newly arrived X6-7A 7" notebook. Indicator light is green. When I click" on button" under screen, screen stays black

Hold it down for 1 - 2 seconds. Some laptops do not power on with tapping the button, but require a long press instead.

Anything?
