Streamable File for youtube?

What file type is streamable to upload to YouTube.

I have been using MPEG-2 but it says it is not streamable.

Anyone know of a file type that will still give full 1080p at 60fps that is streamable?

Btw I am using Sony Vegas 12

Also is there a 2K streamable file size at 60 frames?

I am recording with Shadowplay at 60 fps

srry i dont know anything about shadow play never used it n never plan to also never heard of anyone streaming with it

No sorry I didnt mean live streaming

When I upload to youtube it says that the uploading would go faster if I put it in a streamable file format.

I'm not really talking about what I record with I am talking about what file type I should render it in so I can make it streamable

oh im so sorry and yes ive heard of this but alot of the pple i talk to from other channels all tell me its doesnt make any difference
