Suggest best tv tuner card with HDMI port

I want to connect my led monitor (vga and dvi input) videcon d2h settop box having hdmi port
So please suggest tv tuner card with HDMI port
( is it difectly connect from settop box to led monitor?? )

You won't find a TV tuner card with HDMI input that will work due to HDCP copyguard.. If your monitor has DVI you can use an HDMI to DVI cable. You would need another connection for audio however. The box has analog audio outputs so you could use those.
