Tablet keeps repeating congratulations

Yesterday, my tablet started repeating congratulations (on the speaker), then when i open google chrome a message saying if i want to leave the page appears and my tablet keeps changing the browser tab i am looking at to the ones i am not looking at. When i click the leave option the message doesn't pop again and it stops saying congrats every now and the. Is my tablet infected with something? If so, how can i detect the virus and if this is a common problem what should i do? Anyway, please help me!

The tablet is very likely not infected. You seem to have run upon an ad page. You may have solved this already but try clearing the temp files and cache of the browser app you were using. If that doesn't work, delete and reinstall the browser app.
