Tablet suggestions please

Hi. I'm looking for a tablet.

All I want is a front facing camera, to be able to use Skype and be able to browse the Internet. Ideally I don't want to pay more than £150 (roughly $250) and I would prefer it to be under £100 (roughly $170).

Also want it to be 10 inches or bigger.

Anyone got any suggestions?
