There is some wierd problems with mt brand new headphones

So i just got my new headphones (HyperX cloud 2) these headphones are plug n play and needs no driver. Because i have had a problem witch my old headphones where my pc could not find any driver for the device. I can find my headphones in "devices and printers" where it says that the device are missing drivers. How can i fix this and make the headphones show up in playback devices? Why has this problem occurred?

Yes my problem is that i have no sound. Because i cant find my headphones in playback devices. But the pc register my headphones, but it says that i need a driver for theadphones. But the hedphones are plug n play and require no drivers. So i am quite frustrated.

I have tried but no drivers were found. Becausse the headphones have no driver. I had simmilar problems with my older headphones. But they needed a driver. But the driver was not working. Maybe the headphones are disabled in the playback devices. go to Playback devices and right click and select show disabled devices.

I have tried that asswell. But the headphones does not show up. I will try and reinstalling windows. It seems like the problem is out of my controll, and nothing to do about it.

Hello. If sombody else are experiencing same type of problem, you will have to reinstall windows. But then it will work perfectly.
