Toshiba beeping on start up

when i start my toshiba satellite L755, a long beep sound is coming and some times there is no sound but the problem some keys are not working so i cannot log on my lap. some times even i cannot enter to the setup utility.

Please help me.

is it my key board problem or some other?

it is keyboard problem......any key on the keyboard may be short so the beep sound is coming
