Toshiba Camera Program

Hello,
I for some dumb reason uninstalled my toshiba Camera Program. I forget exactly what it was called. I am trying to down load pictures off of a camera stick and it won't work. how can I get this back? Thanks, Ed. eredekop@shaw.ca
