toshiba satellite l10w windows 8 lost password no cd

hi i lost my login password also have no cd for windows , am now trying to using hirens boot cd but ,its not booting from usb its just loading the windows 8 then it goes to login screen please anybody help.

i went into bios turned of secure boot.
enabled boot from usb.

still its not booting from usb please help the notebook toshiba l10w has no drive only usb port.

am stuck now.
